Job Responsibilities:

• Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job portals, networking, and referrals
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and profile assessments
• Match candidates to suitable roles based on client requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
