Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Executive to join our Hygiene Services team. This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, managing contract renewals, following up on sales leads, preparing quotations, and supporting customer retention initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction while contributing to business growth through renewals and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Retention

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Manage and coordinate contract renewals to ensure high retention rates.

• Follow up with customers on expiring contracts and service agreements.

• Address customer enquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and proactive support.

Inside Sales

• Follow up on sales leads and enquiries generated through various channels.

• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and renewal offers.

• Conduct outbound calls and email follow-ups to prospective and existing customers.

• Assist in converting enquiries into sales opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.

• Achieve renewal and sales targets set by the company.

Administrative & Coordination

• Coordinate with Operations and Accounts departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate customer records.

• Prepare reports and documentation related to sales and customer accounts.

• Support general administrative duties as required.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, inside sales, telemarketing, account management, or a related role.

• Experience in service-based industries will be an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

• Confident in handling customer enquiries, negotiations, and renewals.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and associates will be an advantage.

Other Information

• Work Week: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

• Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2

• Remuneration: Basic Salary + Renewal Commission
