Condominium Executive

Job Description:

· Assist the Condominium Manager to overseeing office administration and ensure operations are in accordance with standard operating procedures and handbook.

· Conduct routine inspections on all building services, equipment and facilities.

· Ensure all service providers perform in accordance with the contract specifications.

· Attend to emergency service breakdowns when required.

· Handle enquiries and feedback from residents/ tenants.

· Ensure all contracts, insurance policies, certificates, and licenses are renewed before expiry.

· Coordinate and attend Council Meetings and AGMS, including preparation of notices, agenda and supporting documents, as well as recording the minutes of meetings.

· Manage proper records and filing systems for correspondence and documents.

· Monitor payments and follow up on the recovery of arrears.

· Liaise with solicitors regarding the recovery of arrears and other related matters.

Requirement:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience

• Well-versed in the Building (Strata Management) Act

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Possess a positive working attitude and good personal interpersonal skills

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

• M&E experience will be an added advantage
