The Role
Our client, a leading regional bank, is looking for a Corporate Banking Client Service Officer to support its corporate clients and Relationship Managers across day-to-day banking requirements.

This is a 12-month contract role with potential for conversion to permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for corporate clients, handling day-to-day enquiries and service requests.
• Support account opening, maintenance, KYC and client documentation requirements.
• Process and follow up on client instructions relating to payments, account services and other banking matters.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers and internal Operations, Compliance and Product teams to resolve client requests.
• Coordinate with regional teams and overseas offices where required to support cross-border client requirements.
• Track outstanding documentation and ensure requests are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support Relationship Managers in delivering a high level of client service.

Requirements

• Min 2–5 years of experience in corporate banking, client servicing, banking operations or a related function.
• Good understanding of corporate banking products, account servicing and KYC.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different teams and locations.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.

Contract: 12 months, with potential for conversion to permanent.
