Private Banking Operations
We are looking for a Private Banking Operations professional to support the day-to-day operational needs of a growing private bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily operations across client accounts, payments, settlements, trade processing and cash/securities transactions.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client instructions.
- Perform reconciliations, investigate breaks and resolve operational issues.
- Support client onboarding, account maintenance and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to operational controls and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with process improvements and ad-hoc operational projects.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or Banking Operations.
- Good understanding of banking operations, transaction processing and controls.
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
