Credit Admin / Loan Operations (Corporate Bank)

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret credit/facility documentation to ensure compliance with approved terms.
• Process loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments and utilization requests for bilateral and syndicated loans.
• Ensure conditions precedent are met before loan disbursement.
• Perform AML/KYC checks and prepare SWIFT payment instructions.
• Process Bank Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit.
• Maintain loan documentation, prepare regulatory reports, and support UAT/system enhancement projects.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers on documentation and operational matters.

Requirements

• Degree holder.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in credit documentation and loan administration.
• Familiar with bilateral/syndicated loans, AML/KYC and loan operations.
• Meticulous, organized, able to multitask and work well in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
