Your Responsibilities

• Identify and headhunt suitable candidates for specialised and hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job portals.
• Use LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, referrals, industry networks and online communities to uncover potential talent.
• Approach and engage passive candidates and build long-term relationships.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify relevant talent pools.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Screen candidates and provide market insights on talent availability and compensation.
• Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor talent movements and new sourcing techniques.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in recruitment, executive search, headhunting or talent sourcing.
• Strong ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and online sourcing tools.
• Strong research, communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Creative, persistent and resourceful when working on difficult searches.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple searches at the same time.
• Experience with technical, engineering, energy or industrial recruitment is a plus.
