Job Description

• Conduct market research and identify potential customers across industries such as Retail, E-commerce, Healthcare, FMCG, Automotive, and Wine & Spirits.

• Support lead generation through initial outreach, appointment setting, customer follow-ups, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective customers.

• Conduct market and competitor research, track industry trends, and assist in preparing customer meeting materials and presentations.

• Coordinate customer meetings, maintain customer records and databases, and prepare sales reports and pipeline updates.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude; prior sales support or customer service experience is an advantage.
