Job Description
- Maintain and enhance business dashboards to ensure accurate performance tracking and reporting.
- Investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes of reporting or trigger-related issues.
- Manage and maintain manual data tracking processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.
- Perform data validation, cleansing and reconciliation activities across multiple sources.
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly and ad-hoc management reports.
- Support ongoing data quality initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and improve reporting efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder
- Experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence functions.
- Strong Python programming capabilities for data manipulation and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, data validation and reporting automation.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to identify anomalies and investigate discrepancies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a structured and organised manner.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and maintaining data accuracy.
