Job Description
- Lead the overall cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and transformation initiatives across the organisation.
- Oversee security governance, risk management, compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage advanced security operations, including threat monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, and cyber resilience.
- Ensure successful delivery and operational performance of managed security services while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Provide security leadership and guidance for major customer engagements, business programmes, and transformation projects.
- Engage and influence executive stakeholders, customers, partners, auditors, and regulatory bodies on security-related topics.
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing cybersecurity teams while driving capability development and workforce transformation.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation, standardisation, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Drive a security-first culture and ensure alignment between business objectives, customer commitments, and cybersecurity requirements
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience leading cybersecurity strategy and enterprise-wide security operations.
- Strong expertise in SOC/ASOC management, incident response, threat intelligence, and cyber resilience.
- Deep understanding of security governance, risk, compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing managed security services and service delivery teams.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders, customers, regulators, and business leaders.
- Proven leader with experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing cybersecurity teams.
- Holds relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, and/or ISO27001 qualifications.
- Experienced in driving automation, AI-enabled security operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
