Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic communications programmes supporting business transformation and corporate priorities
  • Establish communications governance frameworks to ensure consistency of messaging across customer and stakeholder touchpoints
  • Partner senior leaders to deliver executive communications, speeches, thought leadership content and social media engagement
  • Create and implement employee communications campaigns that strengthen culture, engagement and change management initiatives
  • Build positive relationships with media and external stakeholders to enhance organisational reputation and visibility
  • Develop compelling content across multiple channels including digital, social, internal and external platforms
  • Support issues and crisis communications planning, ensuring effective stakeholder management during sensitive situations

The Successful Applicant

  • Min 10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, employee communications or strategic content roles
  • Demonstrated experience partnering and influencing senior business leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Strong track record managing complex communications programmes within fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling and content development capabilities across multiple formats
  • Experience developing integrated communications strategies aligned to business priorities
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, reputation management and communications governance
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in financial services, banking or other highly regulated industries would be advantageous
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal, presentation and relationship management skills
