Job Description

• Position Title: Car Workshop Admin

• Location: Ubi

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9 am – 6 pm), alternate Saturday (9 am – 12.30 pm)

• Salary Package: Up to $2500 + OT + 1-2 month (Yearly Bonus)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in various office admin work, including reports, filing, tracking and invoicing matters.

• Make and submit accident reports and liaise between customers and insurance companies to follow up.

• Opening and closing of repair orders with accuracy and invoicing with payment collection.

• Liaise and follow up closely with the Parts dept and Workshop team

• Monitoring and review of insurance claims, filing, tracking, and settlement in a timely manner.

• Reporting to Manager of daily jobs and weekly progress.

Requirements

• Basic IT skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office

• Keen to learn on workshop automotive matters
