About the Role

We are looking for an experienced International Logistics Executive to manage our global shipment operations, ensure seamless export-import documentation, and coordinate with logistics partners for timely and cost-effective deliveries. The role requires strong expertise in freight management, customs compliance, and shipment tracking to support Naari's global supply chain.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with 3PLs, freight forwarders for global shipments from Obtaining freight quotations and prepare rate comparison matrices for Air, Sea mode shipments.

· Recommend the most cost-effective and efficient logistics solutions based on cost, transit time, and service levels.

· Prepare shipping documents and review export pre and post shipment documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CoA, Certificate of Origin, AWB, BL for first time right documentation.

· End to End Tracking of the shipments and proactively resolve logistics and documentation issues.

· Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure availability of required documentation.

· Validate and verify freight invoices against approved quotes, agreed rates, and shipment terms.

· Maintain shipment records and prepare logistics reports on freight costs, delivery performance, and KPIs.

Candidate Profile:

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

· Minimum 4 years of experience in international logistics, freight management, or export-import operations.

· Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, Inco Terms and export/import procedures

· Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

· Strong analytical/ Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, freight analysis, and data management.

· Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
