HR/MCST Admin Executive

LOCATION: RIVER VALLEY ROAD

WORKING HOURS: MON TO FRI 8.30PM TO 5.30PM; 14 days annual leave

Job Description

· General admin duties

· Coordination with contractors on repair work

· Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems

· Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks

· Deal with customer complaints or issues

· Managing tenancy agreements for leasing

. Leasing experience and MCST experience are bonuses

- HR background accepted

Requirements

· Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

· Positive working attitude, meticulous and systematic

· Some knowledge of MCST is an advantage

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Past leasing/ renovation/ mcst/ hr experience is advantageous
