Senior Enterprise Software Specialist (L3) – Ivalua (Low Code Engineer)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Software Specialist (L3) – Ivalua (Low Code Engineer) to support the design, configuration, implementation and maintenance of enterprise Source-to-Pay and procurement solutions.

The successful candidate will serve as a technical specialist for the Ivalua platform and work closely with internal stakeholders and vendor teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to technical, functional and quality standards. This role requires strong hands-on Ivalua experience and the ability to provide technical guidance throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop and maintain solutions on the Ivalua platform based on business and technical requirements.
• Serve as an Ivalua platform specialist and provide technical guidance to project and vendor teams.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of Source-to-Pay and procurement solutions.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate system configurations and technical solutions.
• Support procurement processes including RFx, Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement and Invoicing.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment and go-live activities.
• Review technical deliverables and configurations to ensure compliance with established development and platform standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical analysis and resolution.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the delivery of large-scale and high-availability enterprise solutions using Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Contribute to platform best practices, documentation, technical standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable security, data protection and governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Source-to-Pay, procurement solutions or related enterprise software delivery.
• At least 1 year of hands-on Ivalua configuration experience.
• Ivalua work experience is mandatory.
• Possess a valid Ivalua L3 certification, such as:Ivalua Certified Functional Specialist; orIvalua Certified Technical Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes including RFx, Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement and Invoicing.
• Experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, UAT and production implementation.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale or high-availability solutions.
• Good understanding of Agile/SCRUM delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and vendor teams.

Good to Have

• Previous experience supporting projects within the Singapore Government or public sector.
• Knowledge or experience with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), SHIP-HATS and Singapore Government Tech Stack (SGTS).
• Familiarity with public-sector data protection, security and governance requirements.
