SAP SCM Functional Consultant

Role Summary: Responsible for designing, implementing and supporting SAP Supply Chain Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather supply chain business requirements.

• Configure planning and inventory management processes.

• Design end-to-end supply chain solutions.

• Support integration across procurement, manufacturing and logistics.

• Facilitate workshops and process design sessions.

• Prepare solution design documentation.

• Execute testing activities.

• Analyse supply chain performance improvements.

• Support master data activities.

• Resolve production support incidents.

• Assist cutover planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, with more than 7 years of of relevant SAP consulting and supply chain transformation experience; SAP certification(s) highly preferred.

• Proven experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, and Logistics processes, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Demonstrated participation in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, covering fit-gap analysis, design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, manufacturing, warehouse management, and logistics operations.

• Experience facilitating business workshops, process design sessions, and stakeholder discussions to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with industry best practices.

• Proven ability to support cross-functional integration, master data management, performance improvement initiatives, incident resolution, and cutover planning while working collaboratively with business, functional, and technical teams.
