Job Summary

Manage logistics and coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery of INNIVATE products. Support profitability and quality standards while fostering collaboration across teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations by organizing incoming and outgoing shipments of INNIVATE products from global sources
• Liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders, and shippers to coordinate shipment schedules and documentation
• Prepare Form D and certificate of origin paperwork accurately for shipments
• Create and evaluate freight quotes to optimize shipping costs
• Coordinate packing requirements and arrange fumigation with INNIbuild when necessary
• Plan and coordinate project deliveries between INNIVATE projects team and INNIbuild manufacturing operations
• Communicate project status updates and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
• Participate in in-house and external training sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills
• Conduct training sessions for internal staff and customers as required
• Submit completed and supported expense reports regularly, at least monthly
• Support company profitability by adhering to profitability guidelines in quotes, budget pricing, and order negotiations
• Collaborate with personnel from INNIVATE suppliers, principals, and customers to advance sales objectives and protect intellectual property
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of all INNIVATE products
• Implement quality control procedures in compliance with BS9001:2015 and company standards
• Observe and practice the company’s Health & Safety Policy consistently
• Develop and motivate subordinates within company guidelines to enhance team performance
• Take proactive steps to limit and reduce operating costs in daily activities
