Managing Director (Education Industry / Central) [SAS]

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Holding Company and key stakeholders to develop strategic plans and lead the team in delivering high-quality work and achieving business targets.
• Oversee the development, enhancement and expansion of the Group’s products and services to strengthen market positioning and competitive advantage.
• Manage the operations of multiple centres, drive operational efficiency, support market expansion and enrolment initiatives, and contribute to sustainable growth in student enrolment.

Requirements

• Effectively communicate with the Holding Company and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• International education or cross-cultural work experience is advantageous, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with proven capabilities in sales, market development, team management and business operations. Ability to identify market opportunities, drive enrolment and revenue growth, and lead teams towards organisational objectives.
