Customer Service Specialist [AY]

• 5 days, Tue-Sat (11am-7pm)

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and caregivers and assist with their enquiries
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages and emails
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments
• Coordinate appointment schedules with the hearing care team
• Register clients and maintain accurate, confidential records
• Process invoices, payments and billing enquiries
• Follow up with clients on appointments, services and hearing aid usage
• Provide basic guidance on hearing aid care and escalate technical issues when necessary
• Handle feedback and service concerns professionally
• Share accurate information on available services, products and promotions
• Monitor hearing aid accessories, clinic supplies and inventory
• Support general administrative duties and maintain an organised reception area

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
• Customer service experience in healthcare, retail or a service environment would be an advantage
• Patient, friendly and comfortable assisting elderly clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks accurately
• Comfortable handling calls and communicating through WhatsApp and email
• IT-savvy and confident using computer and mobile applications
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support clients who communicate primarily in these languages
