Working Hours

• 5 days, Mon-Sat (10am-6:30pm)

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing assessments and other relevant audiological evaluations
• Assess clients’ hearing needs and recommend suitable rehabilitation solutions
• Fit, programme and dispense hearing aids and other assistive hearing devices
• Provide counselling, device orientation, troubleshooting and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records
• Manage hearing aid inventory and ensure equipment is properly maintained
• Support the smooth daily operations and upkeep of the hearing centre
• Build professional relationships with hospitals, ENT specialists, GPs and other healthcare partners
• Participate in team activities, professional events and outreach initiatives
• Provide support at other centres when required

Requirements

• AuD or Master’s Degree in Audiology preferred; candidates with a strong Bachelor’s Degree in Audiology will also be considered
• At least 2 years of experience in audiology and hearing aid fitting and dispensing
• Eligible for membership with the Society for Audiology Professionals Singapore (SAPS)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
• Patient, service-oriented and comfortable supporting elderly clients
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support clients who communicate primarily in these languages
• Experience in tinnitus care, vestibular assessment, cochlear implants or earwax management would be an advantage
