Talent Acquisition recruiter

Our client is a fast-growing regional organisation with operations across Singapore and key markets in Asia. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join their team in Singapore.

This is an end-to-end recruitment role suited for someone who enjoys proactive talent sourcing, partnering closely with hiring managers and managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, cross-border environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in attracting high-quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake discussions, strategic sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination and offer management.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements and align expectations with current market conditions.

• Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

• Provide hiring managers with recruitment insights and data to support effective hiring decisions.

• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and consistent feedback throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Monitor recruitment metrics and pipeline health to support reporting and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within an in-house talent acquisition function or recruitment agency.

• Strong experience in proactive sourcing and engaging passive candidates.

• Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools and interview scheduling systems.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies across different business functions in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with hiring managers.

• High emotional intelligence, resilience and a proactive approach to recruitment.

• Experience using recruitment data and metrics to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
