HR Generalist (1 year contract and convertible)

Job Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering – Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to provide timely and practical HR advice across employee lifecycle matters, including employee relations, performance management, career development, and organisational changes.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning – Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies, workforce planning, manpower requirements, selection, and onboarding to support business needs.
• Workforce Management – Support manpower planning, budgeting, resource management, performance management, promotions, succession planning, and HR analytics.
• Employee Relations & Engagement – Manage and support employee engagement initiatives, address employee concerns, and promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
• HR Policies & Compliance – Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and employment practices, ensuring alignment with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• HR Reporting & Analytics – Prepare and analyse HR data, reports, and workforce trends to support management decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Audit & HR Surveys – Participate in internal and external audits, HR surveys, and other compliance or reporting exercises as required.
• Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and practices to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
• HR Projects – Lead or participate in ad hoc HR projects, organisational initiatives, and process enhancement projects as assigned.
• Stakeholder Management – Build strong working relationships with business leaders, line managers, and employees to understand business needs and deliver effective HR solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, or broad-based HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices across the employee lifecycle, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and HR operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong data analytics and Microsoft Excel skill with the ability to analyse, manipulate, and interpret HR data and generate meaningful insights will be highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and employee engagement skills with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to interpret HR data to support business decisions.
• Resourceful and proactive, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player who is adaptable and willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
