Redwoods Advance is seeking motivated individuals to join us as Sales Ambassadors. This role is specifically designed for individuals who thrive in face-to-face environments and are eager to master the art of professional sales and brand advocacy.
Key Responsibilities & Learning Outcomes
You will be trained to:
- Represent diverse campaigns at islandwide roadshows and events.
- Engage the public, handle simple enquiries, and build immediate rapport.
- Conduct professional product / service presentations and assist customers with sign-ups and applications.
- Manage booth logistics and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless event execution.
- Assist in coaching new trainees (in later stages) to develop your supervisory and mentorship capabilities.

- Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and travel to various event locations islandwide.
- No prior sales experience is required—the Development Plan is designed to train you from the ground up.
