Accounts Executive

Job Descriptions:

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounts Executive to support our day-to-day. Finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be involved in handling accounting. Entries, processing payments, maintaining records, and ensuring timely financial reporting in compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.

Work Schedule:

• Work time: 9:00 am-6:00 pm
• Pattern: Monday-Friday, Weekends Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger updates.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all finance-related records.
• Process staff claims, supplier invoices, and petty cash.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, audit schedules, and tax filings.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on payment and invoicing matters.
• Assist in inventory, fixed assets, and cash flow tracking if applicable.
• Perform any other ad hoc finance duties as assigned.

Skillsets:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in handling multi-currency transactions and basic tax/GST knowledge.
