Human Resource Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Workforce Plan / Forecast Management – Create and update head‑count forecasts, track staffing changes, and produce regular workforce reports.
• Budget Plan / Forecast Management – Develop and maintain operating‑budget forecasts, monitor actual spend versus forecast, and highlight any variances.
• Expat Management – Coordinate relocation, visa, housing, and related support for expatriate employees; ensure costs are captured in forecasts.
• GHRP & Internal System Management – Administer the Global HR Platform (GHRP) and other internal HR/administrative systems, ensuring data accuracy and providing user support.
• GA Tasks – Handle routine office‑administration duties such as procurement, facility vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of data reporting/analysis experience.
• Familiarity with expatriate policy administration and related compliance requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
