Advance your career as a Project Document Controller where you will oversee project documentation management, with an attractive monthly salary ranging between S$4,500 and S$6,000.

• Direct end-to-end administration, security, and maintenance of digital and physical project document archives.

• Facilitate seamless cross-functional information workflows and handle document retrieval requests for project stakeholders.

• Assist with contract coordination, project reporting, and the tracking of key regulatory permits and insurances.

• Organize schedules and provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team.

skills and experience required.

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven track record in project document control paired with administrative experience in a built environment setting.

• Strong proficiency in office productivity software and specialized document management tools.

• Exceptionally organized and systematic approach to managing high-volume regulatory files.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with multi-disciplinary project teams.
