Part Time Peak Shift Retail Assistant

Description

• Process all sales transactions and handle cash, credit and all other forms of payments accurately and efficiently using POS (Point-Of-Sales) System
• Responsible for cash collections, withdrawals and reconciliation of all transactions at the end of each shift
• Maintain adequate stock levels of inventory such as receipt rolls and STEB bags
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment
• Stay informed and adhere to duty-free allowances, age restrictions, and other relevant regulations
• Providing world-class service excellence and customer experience at all times drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Be the company’s front-line ambassador to uphold company’s branding and image
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old & above due to sale and supply of tobacco products
• Must be able to work 3-5 days per week including weekends & Public Holidays
• Must be able to commit the full commitment period: 28 September 2026 to 31 December 2026 (3 months)
• Strong customer service skills
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• A good team player, mature and self-drive
