CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
About this job
Responsible for supervising daily site operations, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating workers and subcontractors, and supporting the Project Manager to deliver the project on time and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site.
Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure all works follow safety regulations, method statements, and company procedures.
Conduct site inspections and report progress or issues to the Project Manager.
Check workmanship quality and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Assist in resolving site problems and provide timely solutions.
Prepare daily site reports, attendance, and basic documentation.
Support safety officers in maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements
Relevant experience in construction site supervision.
Able to read basic construction drawings.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of WSH (Workplace Safety & Health) rules in Singapore is an advantage.
Able to work independently and handle site challenges.
