VP BA / Project Manager (Corporate Systems )

A leading bank, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead and deliver initiatives across CorporateSystems, including HR, Corporate Communications, and Marketing platforms. This role sits within a high‑visibility technology function and requires strongdomain knowledge, stakeholder management, and end‑to‑end delivery capabilitywithin a regulated banking environment.

You will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to drive digital transformation, processoptimisation, and system enhancements across corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering, functional specifications, solution design, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project planning, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.Lead end‑to‑end delivery of corporate system initiatives across HR, Corporate Communications, and Marketing domains.
• Oversee UAT planning, execution, defect management, and production rollout.
• Partner with HR, Communications, Marketing, and Technology stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of solutions.
• Conduct process reviews, gap analysis, and optimisation to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure all initiatives meet regulatory, audit, and security requirements within the banking environment.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and communication to senior stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management within the banking industry.
• Proven experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) or Workflow or Corporate Communications platforms, or Marketing applications.
• Strong understanding of corporate processes such as HR operations, employee engagement, internal communications, or marketing workflows.
• Solid experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders.
• Experience working with vendors, system integrators, and cross‑functional technology teams.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, regulated banking environment.
