Job Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate screening and phone interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases
• Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing activities
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Perform other ad-hoc HR and recruitment duties

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related disciplines preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive and willing to learn
• No prior recruitment experience required; training provided
