Service Sales Team Leader

Our client is one of the global ship spares and service solution provider.

Responsibilities

This position is to lead and manage the Service Sales team in Singapore, covering Technical Service-related sales (Small Retrofit, System Upgradation, Corrective/Routine Maintenance). Regional scope includes SEA, Oceania (Australia & New Zealand), and selected Asia countries (Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Korea).

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the marine industry.
• Strong knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke marine engine.
• Diploma or higher, with a major in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in team management, regardless of team size.

Others

• Compensation: Basic Salary up to SGD 10,000 (negotiable based on the qualifications), Allowances, AWS, and variable bonus provided.
• Working Location: Central Region, Singapore
