A leading organization in the community health sector is looking for a passionate and experienced candidate to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with Ministries and Agencies to plan and ensure sufficient community care capacity in Singapore
• Develop detailed and well-thought-out plans to strategically locate community care facilities across Singapore
• Implement innovative space solutions to optimise land use and accessibility
• Design frameworks to assess suitability of sites for community care facilities
• Analyse demographic trends and community needs to make informed planning decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to co-design functional, senior-centric care facilities
• Prepare reports, papers, and presentations to obtain management and the Ministry approvals
• Oversee budgets, project timelines, and implementation to ensure timely delivery
• Lead and manage a small team in site planning and project execution

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Urban planning, Public Administration, Business Administration, facility management, etc.).
• Proven experience in site planning and management, policy operationalisation, and project management, preferably within community care services or the public sector.
• Strong analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Some supervisory experience will be advantageous
• Strong project management skills to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
