HR Executive (6-Months Contract/ Up to $4500) Ref: GAS

• Monday to Friday; office hours
• Accessible from MRT station (Central Location)
• 6-months contract (Possibility of Renewal)

An established healthcare institution, is seeking for a suitable candidate to manage the full spectrum of HR functions for the assigned department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Provide advice and support on HR matters to employee and stakeholders
• Support performance management, grievance handling and employee offboarding.
• Partner with HR Shared Services to maintain accurate employee records and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure HR services comply with company policies, employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvement, standardisation and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Review and implement HR guidelines, procedures and best practices.
• Support HR projects, organisational initiatives and employer branding activities.
• Undertake other HR-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience preferably in HR Business Partnering and/ or Talent Acquisition
• Candidates with experience in the Healthcare sector will be advantageous
• Good understanding of HR Operations, Singapore Employment regulations and Work Pass Administration
