PROJECT ENGINEER - SINGAPOREANS ONLY - CCTV ELV SECURITY SYSTEM 0-1 YRS EXP

Job Description:

1. Coordinate and manage assigned projects from planning and implementation through to completion and handover.

2. Assist in project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and monitoring to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.

3. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments on project requirements, schedules, technical matters, and site activities.

4. Coordinate site works, installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover activities where required.

5. Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, delays, or risks, and work with the relevant parties to implement appropriate solutions.

6. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, progress reports, technical documentation, records, checklists, and handover documents.

7. Generate routine project and operational reports for management and clients.

8. Attend project meetings, site meetings, and coordination meetings, and follow up on outstanding action items.

9. Coordinate project materials, equipment, logistics, manpower, and other resources required for project implementation.

10. Ensure project records, databases, drawings, and documentation are properly maintained and updated.

11. Assist in troubleshooting technical and operational issues and coordinate with the relevant technical teams for resolution.

12. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency, quality, and productivity.

13. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with company procedures, client requirements, safety requirements, and applicable standards.

14. Perform other project, technical, and operational duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
