Job Description

• Contact traders (via emails and phone calls) to return supporting documents and make payments for the defaulted permits and composition sum cases in in C2IS, and respond to their queries.
• Handling generic email accounts and generic phone enquiries.
• Collate simple workload statistics outside of system.
• Any other administrative matters.
