Retail Brand Ambassador / Retail Sales Associate

Join QicoBay at Jewel Changi Airport and help customers discover our products through friendly service and engaging demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and introduce QicoBay products

• Conduct clear and engaging product demonstrations

• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs

• Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately

• Replenish, organise and maintain merchandise displays

• Keep the retail area clean, tidy and presentable

• Support day-to-day store operations as required

Requirements

• Friendly, confident and customer-focused

• Comfortable speaking with customers and demonstrating products

• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn

• Able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Fresh graduates and university students are welcome to apply

• Retail experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided
