Member Engagement Executive

Deliver warm hospitality and create a home-away-from-home experience for our Members across various touchpoints at the Club - Member Engagement, Membership, Concierge, Business Center & Library services.


We are looking for someone who is

• Hospitality-focused

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with Members

• Proactive and resourceful

• Adaptable and accountable

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no midnight shifts)
  
  

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Deliver warm and professional service in all interactions, maintaining a strong and welcoming presence across all Member touchpoints

• Take ownership and handle all enquiries, feedback, and requests from Members promptly and professionally

• Manage daily operations at the various Member touchpoints and ensure the space is ready for events, if any

• Responsible for end-to-end Membership administration and provide the full range of Concierge services

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of Club activities and functions
