About this job
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the chef with food preparation, including washing, cutting, and marinating ingredients
- Assist with food preparation, simple cooking, and plating
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas
- Organise and store food ingredients and kitchen supplies properly
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Perform other general kitchen duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or F&B experience is preferred
- No experience is welcome; training will be provided
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Able to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment
Working Hours:
- 6 days per week
- Weekdays: 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Weekends: 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Working Location:
- Clarke Quay
