Workdays: Tuesday to Sunday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

The Role: Kitchen Assistant

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Kitchen Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll work directly in our production kitchen to help bake, pack, and prepare our handmade dog treats and cakes. It’s active, collaborative, and no two days are exactly the same.

You’ll be responsible for:

● Prepping ingredients and assisting in daily food production

● Maintaining high food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

● Packing finished products accurately and efficiently

● Supporting a smooth kitchen workflow and helping the team as needed

You’ll report to: Kitchen and Logistics Manager

What We’re Looking For

We value attitude over experience. If you’re eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and love working around dogs—this could be a great fit.

Ideally, you’ll have:

● A team-first mindset and willingness to pitch in

● Good attention to detail and basic kitchen discipline

● Physical readiness for an active, hands-on role

● Prior kitchen or food handling experience (a big plus, but not a must)

Compensation & Benefits

● Base Salary: SGD $1,800 to $2,300 per month, depending on experience and skill level

● Pay Progression: Eligible team members can receive a 5% salary increase every other year based on performance

● Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

● Annual Leave: 7 days in the first year, increasing to 14 days from the second year onward

● You'll receive feedback during quarterly Growth Check-ins that assess your conduct, attitude, learning progress, and work quality. These help shape both personal growth and reward decisions

● Annual Reward Cycle: Alternating yearly between a performance-based bonus or salary bump, determined by individual performance and company results

● This role is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only. We are unable to sponsor Employment Passes at this time.
