• Develop data-driven workforce strategies aligned to business objectives and future workforce needs.
• Support workforce planning and workforce modelling initiatives to help organisations identify talent gaps, workforce risks and capability requirements.
• Design workforce solutions that enable organisations to attract, retain and develop critical talent.

Performance & Organisational Transformation

• Effectively manage change through developing innovative, behaviour-led strategies that support organisations through transformation initiatives.
• Support operating model changes, technology-enabled transformation and organisational restructuring programs.

HR Transformation

• Design and improve HR operating models, shared services, centres of excellence and HR processes to enhance workforce effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Support organisation design initiatives and HR transformation programs that align people, processes and business objectives.

Rewards Optimisation

• Develop reward and governance frameworks aligned to business strategy.
• Support organisations in designing reward programs that drive performance, employee engagement and workforce retention.

Your key responsibilities

You'll work with leading organisations to help them address complex workforce and people-related challenges. You'll use your knowledge and experience to help clients improve organisational effectiveness, workforce capability and business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the design and delivery of workforce strategy, workforce planning and workforce transformation engagements.
• Conduct workforce assessments and analyse workforce data to identify talent gaps, workforce risks and future capability requirements.
• Support workforce planning and workforce modelling initiatives to help clients make informed workforce decisions.
• Assist clients with organisation design, organisational restructuring and workforce optimisation programs.
• Design and implement change management and employee engagement initiatives to support business transformation.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops and support leadership alignment activities.
• Prepare client-ready presentations, reports and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development and proposal development activities.
• Contribute to the growth of the People Consulting practice across ASEAN.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Economics or other relevant disciplines.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in consulting, workforce strategy, workforce planning, organisation development, HR transformation or change management.
• Experience supporting projects related to workforce planning, manpower planning, competency modelling, organisation design, organisational restructuring, performance management or rewards strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret workforce and business data to support recommendations.
• Proven ability to build valued relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Passion for continuous learning and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare client-ready deliverables, communicate complex ideas clearly, and engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.

Ideally, you also have

• Experience working in multicultural teams.
• Exposure to workforce planning, workforce analytics or organisational transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting large-scale business or people transformation programs.
