Senior Business Analyst - Insurance - 12 Months Contract

About the client:

Our client is a reputed MNC

Responsibilities:

• Analyze features in existing agency portal, understand business values that come with each of the features, and get ready required details for prioritization
• Facilitate prioritization with product owner Serves as the liaison and the reference point between the business and the technical analyst in making sure the requirements are clearly understood and translated to the functional requirements
• Experience in implementation of API-driven financial services, and e-commerce platform solutions
• Support product owner, SME, engineers and architects in solutioning conversations, ensuring optimum leverage in underlying components while meeting business needs
• Write and groom user stories and acceptance criteria for prioritized requirements, provide clarification as necessary
• Lead implementations of flexible benefits platforms, portal services, and employee benefits technology across Asia
• Work with solution architect and developer to get to a solution that drives maximum synergies, deliver most business values and provide optimum efficiency
• Play scrum master role and perform sprint planning
• Write and review test plan and scenario, and support testing as necessary
• Review test results and participate in defect triage
• Obtain UAT sign off for deployment into production

Skills/Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Equivalent
• 8 years of experience in Business Analyst role in Life Insurance / Payments
• Experience in systems integration, implemented API-driven financial services, and e-commerce platform solutions
• Experience in agency portal for Life Insurance organization
• E-commerce Platform Launch & System Implementation, end-to-end implementation for e-commerce systems, including requirements, testing, UAT, and launch.Delivery experience in Agile, Scrum
• Experience in requirement analysis and user stories, acceptance criteria writing
• Experience in Test Management, Stakeholder Management, Coordination, risk and issue resolution
• Experience in UAT
