Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Contract)

About our client: Our client is Reputed Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the enterprise MECM/SCCM platform.
• Manage Windows OS deployments, task sequences, imaging, driver packages, and endpoint lifecycle activities.
• Plan and execute security patching, software updates, and vulnerability remediation.
• Package, test, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise applications.
• Monitor and maintain MECM infrastructure health, including Management Points, Distribution Points, and Software Update Points.
• Provide L3 support for client health, software deployment, patching, compliance, and OS deployment issues.
• Develop PowerShell automation for administration, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Support Intune integration, co-management, and modern endpoint management initiatives.
• Produce compliance, inventory, operational, and audit reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) in large enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in software distribution, patch management, OS deployment, compliance, collections, and reporting.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across MECM site systems, client management, content distribution, and task sequences.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and remediation.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, Microsoft Defender, PKI, DNS, and networking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of application packaging technologies such as MSI and PSADT.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Qualys, and endpoint security/vulnerability management practices.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments is preferred.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, ITIL Foundation, and experience with modern endpoint management are advantageous.
