Production Team Leader (5 days / Manufacturing) [EL]

Job Description

• Supervise and direct the production team to meet operational targets and customer expectations
• Take ownership of team performance, productivity, and daily production results
• Ensure proper staffing, team motivation, and competency development
• Enforce company policies, production schedules, and workplace discipline when necessary
• Manage production operations according to quality, safety, and pull flow standards
• Monitor machine operations and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime and wastage
• Promote continuous improvement culture through employee suggestions and action plans
• Support problem-solving projects and ensure timely implementation of solutions
• Share company goals and align team efforts with business strategy
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and product quality requirements
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve quality concerns effectively

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Strong awareness of safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Experience with lean manufacturing systems and continuous improvement practices
• Familiar with QRQC, 8D, TPM, SMED, and problem-solving methodologies
• Strong leadership and production planning skills
