Records & Documentation Administrator [Govt]

• Location: Clarke Quay
• Work Timing: 9am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)
• Salary: $3060 per month
• Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• ify that key metadata of archival records were accurately transcribed by cross-checking extracted tabular output with the original digitised document.
• Identify transcription issues and discrepancies with reference to an existing Standard Operating Procedure.
• Support the development of the Standard Operating Procedure by providing feedback and suggestions.
• Document and categorise transcription issues encountered during the verification process.
• Record discussion points and decisions made to amend the metadata.
• Perform other related metadata verification, data cleansing, and issue analysis tasks.
• Be able to adapt to changes in the workflow and variations in documents encountered.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
