Senior Executive (Finance Operations, Govt) - 1 year

We are looking for a Senior Executive (Finance Operations) to support a public agency's finance and operational activities including payment processing, fund utilisation tracking and reporting activities.

• Up to $5,600 per month
• 1-year contract
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Lavender MRT / Work from home as required

Responsibilities:

• Process and coordinate end-to-end payment transactions, including checking supporting documents, verifying transaction details, routing approvals and tracking payment status.
• Maintain accurate financial and operational records, including fund utilisation, available balances and supporting documentation.
• Perform reconciliation across relevant operational and financial systems, investigate discrepancies and follow up on rejected, duplicate or incomplete transactions.
• Monitor outstanding approvals and payments, coordinate clarifications with relevant stakeholders, and escalate unresolved matters where required.
• Prepare periodic financial, utilisation and operational reports, as well as information required for management reporting, audits and reviews.
• Support audit activities by maintaining complete records, responding to queries and retrieving relevant supporting documentation.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only.
• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in Finance Operations and payment processing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
