Job Summary

Manage and optimize Windows environments in financial institutions by applying expertise in Windows OS, Hyper-V, and Failover Clustering. Leverage hands-on skills in hardware, scripting, and patching tools to solve complex technical issues and support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows OS environments to ensure system stability and performance in financial institutions.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot Hyper-V and Failover Clustering solutions to support high availability and disaster recovery.
• Apply hands-on expertise with HPE hardware (DL, Synergy, Simplivity, Aletra series) to maintain and optimize infrastructure.
• Develop and automate workflows using Python, PowerShell, and integration tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize patching tools and Active Directory to maintain system security and compliance.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems involving multiple technologies and disciplines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide clear updates and collaborate on issue resolution.
• Deliver customer-oriented service and collaborate as a strong team player under pressure to meet operational commitments.
• Knowledge of VMware technologies including vSphere, vCenter, VROPS, and VRLI.
• Bachelor’s or engineering degree.
