Job Responsibilities
- Maintain records of inbound and outbound shipment permits, airway bills, and bills of lading, ensuring alignment with Avitron sales/commercial invoices
- Scan and maintain electronic filing of all shipment-related documents
- Coordinate internally and externally to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
- Collaborate with Finance team for reporting to Singapore Customs
- Upload and process payments for freight forwarder services
