Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on end users, architects, and interior designers (A&D).
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, referrals, networking, client meetings, and industry events.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to address customer needs and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including logistics, design, and technical departments to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.
• Prepare and present customized proposals that align with client requirements and project objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, lead qualification, negotiation, closing, and post-sales account management.
• Respond promptly to client enquiries and maintain consistent follow-up to maximize sales conversion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years within relevant industries such as office furniture, interior design, architecture and design (A&D), fit-out, or project-based solution sales.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong business development, sales negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Willingness to undertake light overseas business travel when required.
