Video Content Producer - (up to $6,000 | Exciting new product releases)

A fast-moving technology company is looking for a hands-on Video Content Producer to take ownership of its visual storytelling.

This is an end-to-end creative role for someone who enjoys finding good stories, turning ideas into engaging content and being equally comfortable behind the camera and in the editing suite. You will work closely with technical and commercial teams to bring products, people and progress to life across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and produce video content for product launches, progress updates, customer stories, brand initiatives and social channels.
• Develop original content ideas and take them from initial concept through production to final delivery.
• Capture high-quality footage on-site, including people, products, behind-the-scenes activity and work-in-progress moments.
• Edit short-form and longer-form content with strong pacing, structure, sound and platform-appropriate formatting.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and help strengthen the overall content identity across channels.
• Partner with technical and commercial teams to uncover stories and translate complex work into clear, engaging content.
• Manage the content calendar and maintain a steady publishing rhythm across relevant platforms.
• Experiment with new creative formats and AI-enabled tools to improve production speed, content quality and audience engagement.

Requirements

• Hands-on video production and editing experience, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates strong storytelling rather than editing technique alone.
• Strong judgement around story, pacing and what works across different digital and social platforms.
• Able to originate ideas, work independently and take ownership of production without requiring a detailed brief for every piece of content.
• Comfortable experimenting with current AI-enabled creative tools. Experience in motion graphics, design, photography, hardware, robotics, deep tech or growing digital channels would be advantageous.
