About the Role
The Senior Executive, Logistics, Warehouse & Facilities will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics coordination while supporting the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities. The role works closely with internal departments, transport providers, suppliers and contractors to support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Warehouse
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with suppliers and transport providers.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper warehouse organisation, housekeeping and safety practices.
- Generate warehouse and inventory performance reports.
- Drive process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory control.
Facilities Coordination
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers for repair and maintenance works.
- Monitor facilities, utilities and building services to ensure operational readiness.
- Support facility improvement and upgrading projects.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support workplace safety and operational compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Facilities Management or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory or supply chain operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial environments is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Experience in facilities coordination or contractor management will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO, WSH, or quality management systems would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and facility management practices.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
